Your Vision -First we'll get together to discuss what you
have in mind. A good way to get some ideas is to surf the web for
like companies and see what catches your eye. See our list of
consultation questions to help
you prepare for our meeting.
Review of existing collateral and brochures - You'll need
to provide content matter for your site. A good way to start is
to provide any brochures or collateral that you may already have.
This helps to understand your business, products and services. Additional
content can be derived from simple conversations and question &
answer sessions.
Scope of the Project - Once we've had an opportunity to
chat, we'll put together a scope of work for you. This will include
the number of pages, graphics and any other services you may require,
such as domain name search and registration, web site hosting, logo
creation and site promotion. Based upon our discussions you will
be provided with an estimate of the cost to provide the requested
services. Upon your acceptance to move forward, you will be asked
to sign a Web Site Design & Development contract and/or Maintenance
contract.
Design, Develop & Test - Your vision becomes reality.
Upon completion of the beta version of your site, it will be posted
to a private location for your review. You will have an opportunity
to review the site and make any changes prior to final publication
to the World Wide Web.
Go Live - Upon your final approval, your site will be published
for all the world to see.
